Fans of the hit CW-TV primetime series The Vampire Diaries can share in the Mystic Falls mayhem with a new board game from Pressman Toy hitting store shelves now just in time for the holiday season.

The Vampire Diaries board game brings players to Mystic Falls with unique game pieces that transform the show’s characters into vampires. In this action-packed game, players take the role of Elena, Stefan, Damon or Caroline and move around the game board trying to be the last person left who’s not a vampire.

Players land on special spaces, like the fang space which allows them to “bite” a player of their choice using a special vampire fangs rubber stamp. They also land spaces that allow them to remove a bite, protect themselves from bites (the ring space), and exchange their character with another player’s. Features four human-to-vampire transformation photo-frames, a replica of Katherine’s ring, and a vampire fangs rubber stamp. For 3 or 4 players. Ages teen to adult. MSRP: $19.99. I’ve added captures of last night’s episode to the gallery. I loved how Ian plays Damon and his struggle against killing Katherine, because it would hurt Elena. He gives a dead on performance each week and I get a feeling it’s only getting better.
